We match you with students by specialty and where you practice, and set up a short call before anything is set.
Affiliation agreements
We prepare the agreement between the student’s school and your facility, and send it to whoever signs for your site.
School forms
Preceptor forms, resumes, license copies and the school’s own paperwork: we gather them and file them.
Evaluations
We schedule your student’s evaluations and send you each form when it’s due.
Mentorship sessions
For virtual precepting, our team runs the mentorship sessions with your student.
Hours on record
Your student logs their hours; you review and sign them off, and every hour stays on record.
Payments
Paid per block of hours, by Zelle or direct deposit, with a receipt for each payment.
A team on call
Your recruitment manager and our placement team answer your questions from the first call to the final evaluation.
